Lesson Plans
We're currently creating lesson plans for most sections on this website
to help teachers with their survival swimming and lifesaving classes.
You can spread these lesson plans over as many sessions as you like,
depending on the ability and size of your class, and how much pool time you have.
Start each lesson with a warm-up and stretching. Finish with some exciting water games.
This Web Site Needs You!
This swimming web site is designed to keep you informed and updated
about the latest news and developments in and around survival swimming and lifesaving.
It gets better with your help.
If there is anything you would like us to add to this site please let us know about it.
Imagine 100 hundred people send in just one good idea or contribution each,
everyone gets 100 new ideas back.
We all win.
A Big Thank You
Many thanks to all the readers who sent us free text and photos from their swimming and lifesaving training.
We also like to say "Thank you" to all those who have sent us their encouragement and support.
Without you this web site might not have happened.
